  15.      _C_h_g_r_p changes the group-ID of the _f_i_l_e_s to _g_r_o_u_p.  The group
  16.      may be either a decimal GID or a group name found in the
  17.      group-ID file.

  19.      The user invoking _c_h_g_r_p must belong to the specified group
  20.      and be the owner of the file, or be the super-user.

  22.      No errors, except for usage errors, are reported when the --ff
  23.      (force) option is given.

  25.      When the --RR option is given, _c_h_g_r_p recursively descends its
  26.      directory arguments setting the specified group-ID.  When
  27.      symbolic links are encountered, their group is changed, but
  28.      they are not traversed.
